- Ingredients:
- 2½ table spoon melted butter
- 5 biscuits (crushed)
- 12 Kiri squares
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 Gelatin sheet
- ½ cup whipping cream
- ¼ tea spoon lemon and orange zest
- A selection of your favorite summer fruits for decoration
Directions:
- Mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the base of a ring and chill for ten minutes.
- Mix the Kiri squares with sugar, adding milk, lemon and orange zest to it. Then melt the gelatin sheet and combine with the Kiri mixture. Finally add the whipping cream.
- Pour the mixture on top of the biscuit base and chill for two hours until set. Before serving, decorate the cake with summer fruits of your choice.
